Welcome to AgricQuick!
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain the rules for using our website and buying products from us. By visiting AgricQuick, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

We've tried to write this in plain language so it's easy to follow, but it's still a legal agreement between you and AgricQuick.

1. Who We Are
AgricQuick ("we," "us," "our") is an online marketplace that sells agricultural products, including farming tools, equipment, machinery parts, animal feed, seeds, and related supplies to farmers, agribusinesses, and individual customers.

2. Who Can Use AgricQuick
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.
You must provide accurate, current information when registering or checking out. Some products (for example, certain chemicals, pesticides, or restricted equipment) may only be sold to buyers who meet specific legal requirements, such as holding the appropriate license or permit. You're responsible for confirming you're legally allowed to buy and use those products in your area.

3. Your Account
Keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for all activities under your account. Let us know right away at support@agricquick.com if you think someone else is using your account without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Products, Descriptions, and Pricing
We try our best to describe products accurately, including specifications, images, and pricing, but small errors can happen (wrong price, outdated photo, typo in a spec sheet). If we find a pricing or listing error, we'll contact you before processing your order and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Product availability can change without notice. We'll let you know as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock.
Colors, sizes, and packaging of physical goods (like feed bags or tools) may vary slightly from images shown on the site.

5. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then, we can decline or cancel any order (for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).
Payment is due at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods. All prices are listed in naira and exclude taxes/duties unless stated otherwise.
For bulk or business orders, we may offer invoicing or other payment terms — these will be confirmed separately in writing.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to weather, courier issues, customs, or high demand. Heavy equipment and machinery may require special freight arrangements, additional delivery fees, or a scheduled delivery window. We'll contact you if this applies to your order.
Perishable or time-sensitive items (such as certain feed, seeds, or biological products) are shipped using methods intended to preserve quality, but we're not responsible for spoilage caused by delivery delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, customs holds).
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the product is delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect deliveries and report any damage within 3 days.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items typically include: opened or used feed/seed products, custom or made-to-order equipment, perishable goods, and any item flagged as final sale.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@agricquick.com with your order number.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Orders can usually be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard returns process applies instead.

8. Product Warranties
Many tools and equipment sold on AgricQuick come with a manufacturer's warranty, separate from AgricQuick. Warranty terms, lengths, and claim processes are set by the manufacturer, not by us. If a product is faulty on arrival or doesn't match its description, contact us, and we'll help you get it repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
We don't guarantee that products will be suitable for every specific farm, soil, climate, or use case; please check specifications carefully before buying, or contact us with questions.

9. Restricted and Regulated Products
Some agricultural products (like pesticides, fertilizers, or certain machinery) are subject to local laws and regulations. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you hold any required licenses or permits and that you'll use the products safely and legally, following the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable regulations.
We reserve the right to request proof of license/certification before shipping certain restricted items, and to refuse orders where legal requirements aren't met.

10. Acceptable Use
When using AgricQuick, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations;
Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content;
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our site or systems;
Copy, resell, or scrape our content or product listings without permission;
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

We may suspend accounts or take legal action in response to violations of this section.

11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, photos, questions, or other content to AgricQuick, you confirm it's your own work (or you have permission to share it), and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, or violates these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on AgricQuick (logos, product descriptions, photos, graphics, and site design) belongs to AgricQuick or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AgricQuick is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products (for example, lost crops, lost profits, or business interruption), except where caused by our proven negligence or as required by law.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded (such as liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

14. Indemnification
You agree to reimburse and hold AgricQuick harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Third-Party Links and Services
Our site may link to third-party websites (such as payment processors or shipping partners). We aren't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use AgricQuick after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email.

17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nigeria, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
